Guardian provides general information, educational resources, and professional assistance related to firearms estates, including guidance on valuation, compliance, and transfer processes under applicable laws. The website is operated by Para Bellum LLC d/b/a “Guardian.” Any paid services are provided pursuant to a separate written engagement letter or statement of work with Para Bellum LLC; site content and price examples are informational and not binding offers.

  • We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
  • We are not the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) or any government agency.
  • Information provided is for educational and compliance support purposes only and is not a substitute for professional legal or financial advice.
